Gil Gershoni spoke to an audience of leaders, designers and allies at Salesforce’s global headquarters in San Francisco.
The Gershoni Creative and Dyslexic Design Thinking founder was joined by Salesforce’s Adam Doti and Dana Jones for a panel discussion hosted by Salesforce Design and Abilityforce.
Gil highlighted the benefits and challenges of designing with dyslexia. He shared how dyslexic thinking can help people make unexpected connections, explore a diversity of ideas and approach projects without assumptions and prejudices.
“As I found success in my business as a creative, I began to realize that I wasn’t successful in spiteof my dyslexia — I am successful because of it. We can all teach our brains to think in ways that are uncomfortable for us, and that’s a boon in any setting,” Gershoni said.
