For more than 30 years, Gil has helped brands like Google, Apple, Nike and Spotify stay ahead of the curve by embracing big-picture thinking.

Gil founded Dyslexic Design Thinking to explore how the dyslexic mindset can help improve the way we think, create and relate to one another.

His platform includes a podcast and special projects such as Dyslexic Dictionary and Dear Dyslexia, which elevate neurodivergent voices globally. He has been featured on PBS's Difference Makers and in Wired, Salon, San Francisco Magazine, Education Week, The Hill and more.

Gil has spoken before the House Dyslexia Caucus, companies (Salesforce), colleges and universities (UC Berkeley, NYU, Pratt Institute) and appeared at conferences (SXSW, IDSA, International Design Conference, Stanford Neurodiversity Summit, Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Neurodiversity in the Workplace Conference) and festivals (Sundance, the Whitney Biennial).
